Marketing Strategist – Demand Generation & Partner Focus
Contract : 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)
Rate : $144 / hour
Reports to : U.S. CEO
Location : Preferred – East Coast (Orlando or Boston preferred). Remote or hybrid arrangements may be considered for qualified East Coast candidates.
Note : West Coast applicants not considered due to travel and time zone alignment with East Coast and U.K. teams.
About the Opportunity
A leading global provider of employee benefits and pension administration is seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist (Contract) to strengthen demand generation and partner marketing programs. This position will play a key role in accelerating top-line growth through data-driven marketing strategies, agency collaboration, and amplification of an innovative AI-powered product suite.
Reporting directly to the U.S. CEO, the Marketing Strategist will shape and execute initiatives that elevate brand awareness, expand channel partnerships, and enhance go-to-market performance. All within a fast-moving, client-centric organization undergoing digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Define and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals.
Establish measurable objectives to reach decision-makers such as Chief People Officers and Heads of Compensation & Benefits.
Drive brand recognition and association with innovation, technology, and trust.
2. Agency Selection & Management
Lead an RFP process to identify, evaluate, and onboard a new marketing agency.
Ensure alignment with demand generation, channel programs, and product amplification goals.
Oversee agency performance to deliver quick wins and measurable ROI.
3. Product Amplification
Design and execute campaigns to amplify the company’s AI-driven product portfolio.
Implement full-funnel marketing tactics including digital, ABM, and content-driven initiatives.
Optimize performance through analytics and continuous A / B testing to improve lead quality and conversion.
4. Channel & Partner Marketing
Build and strengthen co-marketing programs with brokers, consultants, and strategic partners.
Develop partnership marketing frameworks that increase broker-sourced revenue and client retention.
Create co-branded campaigns and joint initiatives to drive pipeline growth and deepen relationships.
5. New Product Go-to-Market Leadership
Lead the go-to-market strategy for a flagship AI-powered product in the benefits administration space.
Craft compelling narratives, campaigns, and content showcasing innovation and client outcomes.
Measure impact through KPIs such as lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI (more than 4x target).
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Finance to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Utilize integrated dashboards to connect CRM and revenue data for end-to-end performance tracking.
Report progress, insights, and growth metrics to leadership, ensuring accountability and adaptability.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of B2B marketing experience with proven success in demand generation, channel / partner marketing, and product launches.
Strong experience in marketing agency selection, RFP processes, and vendor management.
Demonstrated success amplifying innovative, technology-driven solutions—experience in benefits administration, HR tech, or insurance is a plus.
