Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide specialized communication support to K-12 students in an educational setting. This part-time contract position offers approximately 20 hours per week serving a caseload to be determined, ideal for a professional seeking meaningful work during the school year.

Location : Hamburg, Arkansas

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, fluency, voice, and communication disorders.
  • Deliver therapy services using evidence-based methods tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.
  • Participate in IEP meetings to advocate for students' communication goals.

Desired Qualifications :

  • Valid state license and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with school-aged children in K-12 educational settings.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills in a variety of speech and language disorders.
  • Ability to manage a caseload and adapt therapy plans as student needs evolve.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexibility to work part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.
