In this entry-level management position, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operations of our Dairy and Frozen Foods department, balancing hands-on customer interaction with strategic planning and execution. In this role, your responsibilities will include :

• Developing and implementing in-store specials, merchandising strategies, and display programs to drive sales and enhance profitability
• Collaborating with vendors and sales representatives to optimize our product offerings and introduce new items
• Maintaining an efficient inventory of products, with a keen focus on quality and pricing, to ensure our shelves are consistently stocked
• Curate visually appealing and well-stocked display cases, meeting the high expectations of both Dierbergs and our customers.
