Job Description :

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading and managing Mainframe Cobol DB2 VSAM JCL and Mainframe CICS projects. The role involves overseeing the technical development maintenance and support of mainframe applications while ensuring adherence to coding standards best practices and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of mainframe cobol db2 vsam jcl mainframe cics developers in designing developing and testing mainframe applications.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle of mainframe projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
• Perform code reviews enforce coding standards and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mainframe cobol db2 vsam jcl and mainframe cics applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend process improvements and innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations in all mainframe development activities.
