  • Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in our facilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests and / or residents by providing high-quality housekeeping services.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including but not limited to guest rooms, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and common areas.
  • Dust, wash, and polish furniture and fixtures, and vacuum carpets and rugs.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas.
  • Change bed linens and towels and ensure proper storage of clean supplies.
  • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  • Follow established health and safety guidelines and procedures while performing cleaning tasks.
  • Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, folding, and distributing linen.
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to company policies.
  • Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving furniture as needed.
  • Excellent time management skills and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
