Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and issue timely invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts
• Manage client billing records and update necessary adjustments in the company's systems.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies by collaborating with customers and internal departments.
• Monitor and track accounts receivable balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Prepare detailed billing reports and summaries for management review.
• Coordinate with the finance team during month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to financial transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding account and billing inquiries.
