Compensation : $18.00 - $20.00 / Hour

This is a second-shift position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, from 3PM to 11PM.

Job Summary :

ParsonsKellogg is looking for a skilled and dedicated Embroidery Machine Operator responsible for the precise operation and maintenance of single and multi-head Barudan embroidery machines. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong focus on quality, and the ability to accurately set up jobs, hoop garments, and adjust machine settings (tensions, needles, bobbins) based on fabric types. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean workspace, ensure production efficiency to meet deadlines, and perform routine machine maintenance.

Job Responsibilities :

• Proficiently operate single and multi-head Barudan embroidery machines, including loading designs, changing threads, and monitoring the embroidery process to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Accurately and consistently hoop various garments and materials, ensuring proper placement and tension for precise embroidery.
• Interpret work orders to set up jobs efficiently, which includes selecting appropriate designs, adjusting machine settings, and preparing materials according to specifications.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of machine tensions, needle types, and bobbin systems. Ability to make necessary adjustments based on fabric types and design requirements to maintain stitch quality and prevent defects.
• Maintain a strong focus on detail and quality throughout the production process, inspecting finished products to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of clutter to promote efficiency and safety.
• Maintain consistent speed and efficiency to meet daily and monthly production timelines and contribute to overall operational goals.
• Perform routine daily and monthly machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor troubleshooting, to ensure longevity and optimal performance of equipment.
• Execute other production-related tasks and duties as assigned by management to support team objectives and operational needs.
