Day / Night : 1 Charge RN, 1 Desk PCT, RNs based on census

Ratio : 3–4 couplets per RN (estimated)

Equipment : Welch Allyn vitals, CPN monitors, POC glucose devices

EMR : CPN, Meditech

Requirements

Must Have : Postpartum experience, NRP & BLS

Preferred : High-risk postpartum or Level II nursery experience

Common Procedures : POC glucose testing, breastfeeding support, postpartum hemorrhage care, circumcision assist, hypertension management
