Role Overview
As a Senior Associate, you'll play a key role in driving media performance and ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals and member needs. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal partners and external agencies to optimize media investments across paid channels and across lines of business. This role is a strong strategic advisor who will help translate business objectives into media plans, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for optimization in local markets to support campaign goals, including member acquisition, retention or brand building efforts. The Senior Associate position requires deep understanding of local media, specifically nuances by channel and by market that impact go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Serves as subject matter expert in media, advising our POD teams on their media plans and serving as a bridge between other Humana teams and our media agencies. A pro-active, team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to collaborate across multiple teams with deep cross channel media knowledge across local markets. Identifies target audiences and specific messages, channels, and tactics; coordinates end-to-end media campaign strategy, planning, implementation, measurement and analysis. Serves as a trusted consultant both internally and externally on all aspects of media plans. Own agency relationship for given campaign, proactively providing briefs, guidance, feedback, direction, and approval.

Use Your Skills To Make An Impact
Required : Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in media planning, buying and execution, strong understanding of local market dynamics, regional media trends, and community engagement tactics, expertise developing omnichannel media strategies and activation plans in local markets, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to manage cross-functional projects and agency relationships, ability to serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders and external partners on media planning and performance.
Preferred : Experience in healthcare or regulated industries, familiarity with multicultural strategies, proficiency in media analytics tools and reporting tools, knowledge of HIPPA and compliance in localized campaigns, proven experience with all media channels with strength in either digital media platforms and performance metrics or DRTV Media.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $78,400 - $107,800 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
