Overview Associate Creative Strategist – Graphic Design. W2 Contract, Hybrid out of Atlanta, GA. Base pay range : $33.00 / hr - $38.00 / hr (Target $35-38 / hr). This role is with a client on the Global Brand & Creative Solutions team and focuses on developing standout creative for Retail advertisers across Fashion, Home, Specialty, Mass Market, and Grocery business lines.
What You’ll Do Support senior creative strategists and sales teams to develop engaging visual campaigns for one of the largest media platforms
Design and present innovative creative strategies that inspire and connect with audiences
Consult on and enhance existing campaigns with fresh creative ideas
Create and share creative content and resources that empower internal sales teams
Adapt to a variety of project types across a wide spectrum of retail brands
What We’re Looking For 3+ years of digital marketing experience with an agency, platform, or brand
Background in graphic design, art direction or design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
Candidates with diverse experiences, educational backgrounds, and perspectives are encouraged to apply
Adaptable mindset, eager to handle a range of assignments and prioritize with guidance from the manager
Strong verbal and presentation skills to communicate ideas clearly and compellingly
Interest in growing both creative and strategic skill sets
A strong eye for visual communication, with experience developing compelling pitch decks and collateral
Passion for creating visually-led, business-driving creative work
