Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Building Engineer to join their team. As a Building Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services department supporting maintenance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, excellent maintenance expertise, and effective time management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range : $30 / hr

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, and control systems to ensure optimal building operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety directives related to building management.
• Maintain an energy management program to promote efficient system operation.
• Assist in implementing preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and perform emergency repairs when necessary.
• Conduct inspections of building systems, including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing, to verify proper operation and environmental standards.
