Join a collaborative, clinic-based team in Women & Children’s Services at the Autism Center , where compassionate, evidence-based care is at the heart of everything we do. This Behavior Analyst role offers the opportunity to focus on high-quality early intervention without the pressure of billable hour requirements. Enjoy a predictable Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule, protected supervision time, and paid documentation time—so you can fully support children and families while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. With dedicated parent coaching time, strong administrative support, and a manageable caseload, this role is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate, playful, and committed to ethical, assent-based care.

Required qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related clinical field. Or

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Upon hire: Washington Behavioral Analyst License.

  • 2 years Experience in Preschool setting with ages 3-6 years old.

  • Experience in Preschool and/or early intervention setting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Consultation and supervision experience

  • Participation in interdisciplinary settings.

  • Experience in natural environment teaching/play-based therapy.

  • Experience with providing parent support, coaching, and education

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
