We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, reliable support to patients in the following areas :

Jackson County : Independence, MO + surrounding areas

Looking for a flexible role? We're seeking a Float Caregiver who's open to a variety of assignments across Jackson County. This position is ideal for someone dependable, adaptable, and willing to step in where coverage is needed.

Flexible hours / days (schedule varies based on client needs)

Assignments may change; not a fixed client schedule

Must be comfortable working in homes with pets and / or smoking

Reliable transportation required; travel within the county is expected

Job Responsibilities for CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA's & Caregivers :

Activities of daily living [ADL's]

Light housekeeping

Bathing

Dressing

Grooming

Toileting

Nail care

Range of motion / exercises

Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices

Oral feeding

Vital sign checks : temperature, pulse, respiration

Home Management Tasks : laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.

Assisting with ambulation

Medication assistance
