What Youll Do :

  • Provide 1 : 1 or small-group student support.
  • Assist in behavior management and IEP implementation .
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment .
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents.
  • Adapt to a flexible, on-call schedule as needed.

Position Details :

  • Temporary substitute role for the 2024-2025 school year.
  • Weekly hours vary between 630 hours based on demand.

    • What Were Looking For :

  • School-based experience preferred, especially with behavioral support.
  • Candidates with previous ABA experience HIGHLY preferred.
  • Ability to quickly onboard and adapt to new environments.
  • Reliable, flexible, and strong munication skills.
