In this role, you will handle a high volume of incoming calls, assisting patients with scheduling needs, account setup, and general inquiries while delivering excellent customer service and adhering to HIPAA guidelines. You will create new patient accounts, manage appointment scheduling changes, and accurately route calls to departments such as nursing, medical records, or crisis support. Additionally, you will update patient information—including insurance and demographics—and ensure all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
