Trimmer needed in Spring, TX 77386

Pay : $15 / hr.

First Shift : Mon-Sat, 5 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

What You’ll Do :

  • Trim extra rubber from parts / seals using hand tools or machines.
  • Inspect trimmed parts for defects and report issues to your supervisor.
  • Meet daily production and quality goals.
  • Keep records of trimmed and discarded parts.
  • Maintain trimming tools and machines.
  • Assist with other production tasks as needed (sorting, packing, moving materials).
  • Follow work instructions and safety rules, including PPE.
  • Keep your work area clean and dispose of waste properly.

What We’re Looking For :

  • High school diploma is a plus, but not required. Training provided.
  • Comfortable using hand tools safely.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently or in a team.
  • Able to follow directions and communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic safety rules.
