Night Auditor
Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Financial Duties : Balancing daily revenue and expenses
- Auditing and posting guest charges
- Preparing daily reports and financial statements
- Reconciling cash and credit card transactions
- Guest Services : Assisting guests with inquiries and requests
- Checking guests in and out as needed
- Resolving guest issues promptly and efficiently
- Administrative Tasks : Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Completing necessary paperwork and reports
- Assisting with various administrative tasks as required
