• Pediatrics Critical Care
• Call schedule rotation
• Direct access to over 50 employed primary care providers and a strong community provider alignment to serve as a referral base
• Excellent support staff
• Pediatrics 10 beds ? Average daily census 4-8
• PICU 5 beds ? Average daily census 1-2
• Procedures : moderate sedation, chest tubes, intubations, central lines, arterial line
