Estimating Coordinator

A company is looking for a Fire / Life Safety & Security Systems Estimating Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates and proposals for the repair of HVAC, Fire / Life Safety, or Security equipment

Assist customers in selecting appropriate solutions and track customer correspondence for approvals

Coordinate with team members to identify repair parts and maintain proposals and purchase orders

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or state-recognized GED

2+ years of administrative experience and organizational skills

2+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PC skills

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis
