A company is looking for a CPC Support Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
Work in a high-volume production environment
Required Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Comfortable working remotely
Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST
Experience in a call center or similar environment
Must meet health screening and vaccination requirements as needed
