Position Overview

365 Healthcare is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for an immediate day shift opening in Dubuque, Iowa .

Join a compassionate women’s health team providing high-quality care across antepartum, labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting mothers and newborns in a collaborative environment.

Assignment Details

Location : Dubuque, IA

Specialty : Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Start Date : ASAP

Shift : Days | 3x12s (36 hrs / week) | Start around 7 : 00 AM

Weekend Requirements : Every 3rd weekend & holiday rotation if scheduled

On-Call Requirements : None (optional if desired)

Float : May cover related units (Mother-Baby, GYN, NICU)

Pay & Schedule

Weekly Gross : $2,579

Taxable Base : $1,333 ($37 / hr W2 base)

Stipend : $1,246 (housing + M&IE)

Overtime : $37 / hr (after 40 hours / week)

Travel Reimbursement : Up to $600

Unit Information

Patient Types : Antepartum, Mother-Baby, Newborn, GYN, NICU

Drips : Glucose

Rooms : 12 LDRP, 1 C-Section OR, 3 overflow

Scrubs : Hospital provided (light blue)

EMR : EPIC

Requirements

Active Iowa or Compact RN License

ACLS, BLS, FHM, NRP, STABLE certifications

Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience

Mother-Baby or NICU experience preferred

EPIC EMR experience required

At least 1 completed travel contract in the past 12 months

No locals within 90 miles
