Mixer Operator

Job requires you to be able to lift 50lb bags of flour and to be able to follow a recipe for each product that we produce. Lifting six 50lb bags of flour and three 30lb buckets of water into a mixer is generally done 8-12 times a shift. Keeping a log of materials used daily. Days of operation is Monday through Thursday 9am - 730pm or until work is done. One hour paid lunch per shift is also included. Packaging of end product and some cleaning is also required.
