Benefits Manager Role :
- Lead and manage comprehensive benefits administration for all employee welfare programs, including medical coverage, dental and vision plans, life insurance, and more.
- Serve as the main contact for external benefit providers, manage claim resolutions, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with insurance brokers and vendors, guide employees through benefit processes, and oversee benefit budget management.
- Handle financial oversight, benefit registrations, customer service, compliance initiatives, and retirement offerings.
- Administer leave of absence programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate annual Open Enrollment campaigns.
Benefits Manager Background Profile :
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration.
