Work you'll do as an operations supervisor, you lead a team of professionals focused on providing various services to support our Deloitte professionals, clients, and guests with their in-office experience. Services range from space management (work and meeting spaces) to event planning, catering, and day-of-meeting logistics (set-up, clean-up, a / v support, guest greeting / directing) to facilities / office management (e.g., facility maintenance, housekeeping issues, kitchen / pantry management) and other services that support the daily work environment. The team : At Deloitte, the internal operations team (known as the "One Team") provides a full range of hospitality and business services. We help our Deloitte professionals with daily office support needs, meeting and event planning and execution, and various other office operations and facility management services. Our team members work collaboratively and apply their specialized knowledge and skills to think proactively to provide a holistic customer-centric "experience" for our Deloitte professionals, clients, and guests.
Qualifications Required : Minimum of 5 years of related hospitality or office support experience in a corporate, service-oriented, or customer-centric environment, leading a team Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
An Ideal Candidate Will Possess : Minimum of 3 years of related facilities management experience High school diploma Excellent quality-conscious customer service skills, decision-making, conflict resolution, and critical thinking skills Excellent written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills Advanced experience in Microsoft Office applications Hospitality / corporate background with a focus on meetings and events Event management experience Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

This compensation range is specific to Washington and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $77,600-$129,300.
