PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center has a full-time opportunity for a paneled MD / DO Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or MedPed Physician in beautiful Longview, Washington. You’ll have the opportunity to make a difference in an underserved community and impact the development of the primary care services. The Lakefront Family Medicine Clinic includes family practice, same-day care, and select occupational health screenings. With incredible outdoor activities in the historic Columbia River Gorge or visit the nearby Pacific Ocean, Mt. St. Helens, and Mt. Hood. Highlights about the practice :

• Schedule : 1.0 FTE : Full time, 4-to-5-days weekly, 34 patient contact hours weekly, with In-basket Nurse Practitioner support
• Light Call : ~1 : 20, evening phone calls, to include one working weekend in the same day clinic once per quarter
• Team : 8 Family Medicine Physicians and ~15 Advance Practice Practitioners
• 32 exam spaces, shared with Same Day Clinicians, the cl inic is located on the campus of the hospital, with on-site digital x-ray
• 1 : 1 Medical Assistant ratio, seeing all ages, up to ~20 patients per day
• Onsite : Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacist, Diabetic & Palliative Care Specialists, Phlebotomists, Behavioral health support services,
• In-house Controlled Substance Management, and Chronic Care Coordination Teams
