Manager, Peer To Peer Fundraising

We're a fully remote team! This position is open to applicants based anywhere in the continental U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We do not sponsor employment visas or other immigration processes to attain or maintain employment eligibility.
The Role
The Manager, Peer to Peer Fundraising is a key contributor to our mission by supporting Peer to Peer (P2P) fundraising programs, including partnership with chapters and fundraising partners to drive fundraising across the Make-A-Wish enterprise.
Knowledge and Abilities

- Experience in account management, including developing, building and managing relationships.
- Experience in developing, creating and executing non-profit fundraising initiatives and campaigns.

Duties & Responsibilities
Manages multiple Peer to Peer fundraising programs.Partners with chapters to ensure successful implementation of national programs.Develops chapter support materials.Develops and enhances chapter partnerships.Communicates with stakeholders on a consistent basis.Collaborates across national departments / teams, chapters and agencies.Main point of contact to assigned chapters.Contributes to digital product roadmap.Partner with stakeholders to plan and design change management.Participate in team meetings.Work in conjunction with Director to elevate peer to peer giving.Performs other job-related duties.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology or related field preferred.A minimum of five years of total experience.Strong computer skills required.Prior experience working with Luminate Online / TeamRaiser preferred.Basic experience with Customer Relationship Management systems required.Working Conditions
Ability to thrive in a remote environment.Some travel required, up to 10%.May occasionally require work outside of the traditional Monday through Friday work week.What We Offer
