Tax Supervisor

The Tax Supervisor is responsible for ensuring clients adhere to tax regulations while minimizing their tax liabilities according to firm standards. They manage engagements by effectively communicating procedures to Tax staff and seniors. This role includes reviewing complex tax returns, identifying potential issues, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services. The Tax Supervisor also identifies book-to-tax differences, conducts research, and creates strategies to optimize client tax positions and reduce liabilities. In addition, they supervise Tax staff, provide valuable feedback, and contribute to client consulting projects, offering innovative solutions to improve clients' financial outcomes.

• Salary Range : $85,000-$115,000 annual base
