Position Title : Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Autism Therapist.

Location : Irving, TX.

Job Type : Part-time.

Pay Range : $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Start Dates : January 5th, 2026

Work Location : In-person, center-based.

Overview :

Are you passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact? We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or those working toward certification to join our team at our Irving, TX therapy center. In this entry-level, part-time role, you’ll provide individualized therapy to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) . No prior experience or certification is required to start; we will provide all training and support towards completing your certification at no cost to you. Perfect part-time schedules for students!

What We Offer :

• Center-Based Work Only - No driving across town. Work exclusively at our Irving location.
• Set Weekly Hours :

Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday 9 : 00 AM- 5 : 00 PM. Or Monday / Wednesday / Friday 11 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
