Your Role : What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee and optimize every stage of the residential roofing sales processLead by example in the field—ride along, close deals, and coach best practicesDrive consistent, profitable sales aligned with company goalsImplement accountability systems based on KPIs and performance metricsMotivate and train the team to exceed individual and collective goalsConduct role-play sessions and training to sharpen techniques and objection handlingEnsure CRM data, proposals, and contracts are accurate and completeCollaborate with marketing and call center teams to align lead flow with sales targetsReview lost opportunities to identify training needs and improve conversionsMaintain a strong field presence—visit job sites and ensure team accountabilityMinimum Requirements
5+ years of experience leading roofing or exterior construction sales teamsProven track record building, managing, and scaling high-performing teamsStrong knowledge of residential roofing systems, materials, and sales processesData-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and profitabilityExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsPassion for growth, accountability, and developing othersCompensation & Schedule
