Job descriptionInformal - Flexible Experience A Shadowing Experience can often be arranged around a student's schedule and with minimal notice. It can last for as little as a single day or for as long as two weeks. Meet the PetWow Team A Shadowing Experience is a great way to get to know PetWow's veterinary team, managers, support staff, and others on a personal basis. Tour Facilities & Operations A Shadowing Experience provides students an opportunity to survey PetWow facilities, equipment, treatment and product options. Gain Valuable Clinical Insights Most importantly, the student will be assigned to "shadow" a PetWow doctor where they will have opportunity to observe daily clinical activities and ask questions of an experienced PetWow clinician.
PetWow's Student Shadowing Experience is less formal than a PetWow Externship or PetWow's Summer Experience . But for that reason, it can often be arranged with less notice and can last anywhere from a single day to two weeks.
It is an ideal opportunity for students who have a few days for a visit between semesters or around the holidays, to gain real-world insights into the daily life of a PetWow veterinarian.

Requirements
- Must be actively enrolled in a pre-veterinary program or graduate program ultimately in pursuit of a degree as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.
