El Vez, part of the acclaimed STARR Restaurants group and located inside the W Fort Lauderdale , is looking for passionate Breakfast Cooks to join our lively, high-energy culinary team.

Inspired by Mexico’s Baja coast, El Vez brings bold flavors, vibrant design, and stunning ocean views to every dining experience. Our menu celebrates inventive yet authentic Mexican cuisine — from fresh ceviches and tacos al carbon to Mahi Mahi tacos and house-made guacamoles.

Who You Are :

1–2 years of kitchen experience in a quality restaurant or hotel

Strong knife skills and consistent execution

Familiarity with Mexican cuisine a plus

Available for morning, early afternoon, and weekend shifts

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen
