Senior Manager Financial Analytics

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Financial Systems Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee a team of analysts to design and develop metrics for financial reporting and accounting needs

Contribute to the planning and execution of the accounting and finance data roadmap, collaborating with various teams

Analyze financial processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

Experience with large general ledger applications, preferably Workday, Oracle, or SAP

Experience integrating with data analytics and warehousing tools, preferably Snowflake

Advanced knowledge of SQL or similar for data analysis

Strong understanding of insurance accounting principles and financial reporting
