Remote General Diagnostic Radiologist (Evening Shifts) We are actively seeking a skilled Remote General Diagnostic Radiologist to join our team, providing crucial evening coverage from your home office. This is an ongoing opportunity for a radiologist committed to delivering high-quality, timely interpretations for emergent, inpatient, STAT, stroke, and urgent cases. The ideal candidate will be available to cover shifts Monday through Sunday, from 4 : 00 PM - 8 : 00 PM CST . Additionally, Holiday coverage will be required as part of this role. This position has an annual volume of approximately 10,752 studies for these shifts, with a minimum required RVU per shift of 32 . We offer Emergency Privileging to facilitate a swift onboarding process. Responsibilities : Provide accurate and timely interpretations of a wide range of general diagnostic imaging studies, including emergent, inpatient, STAT, stroke, and urgent cases. Interpret studies from various modalities. Collaborate effectively with referring physicians and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care. Maintain high standards of quality and patient safety in all interpretations. Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications : Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board Certification in Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (or equivalent recognized board). Active, unrestricted medical license(s) in relevant states, or willingness to obtain additional state licenses. Proven experience in general diagnostic radiology, with comfort in emergent and acute care reads. Ability to meet or exceed the minimum required RVU per shift. Excellent diagnostic interpretation skills and strong communication abilities. Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup suitable for teleradiology.
