We specialize in group classes and personal training for young people ages 8 to 17 built around three core disciplines: strength training, dance, and flexibility. Classes are foundational, small group-oriented, energizing, and fun. We take a holistic approach to health, providing education on nutrition, sleep, hygiene, and stress management.The Role: We are seeking enthusiastic, responsible, and dynamic fitness trainers to lead our youth strength, dance, and flexibility classes at pop-up events across the Atlanta area. You will guide young people through engaging activities, promote strength and fitness, ensure safety, and encourage positive development.Key Responsibilities1. Class Instruction and Logistics (90%)• Lead and execute age-appropriate strength, dance, and flexibility classes for children (ages 8-17).• Assist with the timely, efficient, and safe setup and breakdown of all mobile gym equipment (weight machines, weights, other fitness equipment) at diverse pop-up locations (parks, community centers, rented spaces).• Maintain a safe and fun class environment.• Provide positive, constructive feedback to young people and clear communication to parents regarding progress and development.• Manage class registration, attendance, and parent sign-in/sign-out procedures.2. Safety, Communication, and Administration (10%)• Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and first aid procedures, adapting to the specifics of each temporary location.• Assist with the organization and inventory management of equipment stored for transport.• Attend required training sessions and team meetings, which may be held virtually.
