What You'll Do : Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the food and beverage location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any suspicious activity, security-related hazards, or policy violations encountered during patrols. Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and / or Allied Universal management regarding incidents or issues observed during patrols. Maintain detailed and accurate daily activity reports and / or incident reports as required by the site. Support access control processes by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas during patrols. Minimum Requirements : Must be at least 21 years of age. Possession of a Guard Card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
