Associate Client Operations Lead

Multilocal is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Client Operations Lead to manage the CSO team, ensuring timely, high-quality responses to client requests in line with SLAs. This role involves overseeing daily workflows, coaching team members, supporting career development, and driving operational improvements. The successful candidate will collaborate with other teams to refine processes, implement best practices, and enhance overall efficiency in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Team management, conducting 121's, OKR reviews, goal setting
• Improving team skills : highlight areas for individual development and put plans in place to assist
• Workload management : ensuring requests are evenly distributed throughout the team
• Ensure requests coming from Client Services / AdOps are handled in a timely manner and to a high standard
• Work with Head of Revenue Operations on developing new best practices for working and continuously review performance to maximize efficiency
• Manage inter-departmental projects with other team leads
