Houston Leading Immigration law firm is seeking a full-time or part-time attorney to join our team. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Immigration Law or Personal Injury Law. This position presents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic practice with a multicultural team. Candidate must be organized, hard-working, responsible, reliable, capable of working with limited supervision, and committed to working within a team.

Responsibilities :

All matters pertaining to Immigration law, including but not limited to :

  • Develop and implement case strategy;
  • Prepare and file
  • Immigrant / Non-immigrant Visas (H-1B, L-1A, E-2, O-1);
  • Adjustment of Status;
  • PERM;
  • EB-5;
  • Bond Hearings;
  • Removal Proceedings;
  • Master Calendar & Individual Hearings;
  • Application for Asylum;
  • BIA Appeals;
  • Motions to Reopen / Reconsider;
  • Waivers;
  • RFE / NOID responses
  • Research immigration law and procedures;
  • Represent clients and attend field office interviews.

Qualifications and requirements :

  • Licensed and in good standing to practice immigration law;
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred;
  • Strong understanding of Immigration law or Personal Injury law and regulations;

    • Minimum 1-2 years of Family-based Immigration; Asylum and Removal of Defense; Business Immigration experience is a plus;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and client management skills; bilingual English and Spanish required;
  • Strong organization and research skills with attention to detail;
  • Strong analytical and problem - solving skills, collaborative mindset with a willingness to work with a supportive team.
