Job descriptionPrepare vacant units for new residents Clean and maintain common areas, office, and amenity spaces Manage custodial supplies and equipment inventory Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces Provide timely, professional service to residents and staff Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines and safety procedures High school diploma or GED required Minimum 1 month of related experience preferred Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to walk property and work in outdoor conditions as needed Ability to climb stairs and ladders Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs occasionally Ability to work around cleaning supplies, equipment, and related environmental elements
