Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB / GYN) Physician

StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Day 9 Pay Rate : $209.52 - $226.80 This facility is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB / GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : M-F, 8a-5p

Practice Setting : Outpatient

Types of Cases : General Obstetrics and Gynecology cases

Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC

Certifications Required : Must have Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)

Licensure Required : Must be Board Certified, must have active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC LoQ) or active Washington License
