Job Overview

We are looking for an Operations / Stock Associate to support our team at the Shops at Santa Anita store in Arcadia. This role will support a smooth daily operations, including inventory handling, stockroom organization, and supporting the sales floor team when needed.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of operational activities which included, but are not limited to; process incoming shipments and receiving of merchandise.
• Ensure inventory control and accuracy by following proper procedures and best practice.
• Pull and pack fulfillments, unpack and tag specific boxes according to schedule
• Inspect the quality and condition of new merchandise, repricing and inventory count
• Preparation and shipment of outgoing merchandise and transfers.
• Maintain supply levels and communicate needs to the Assistant Store Director / Store Director.
• Maintains a clean and organized sales floor and stock room that meets both visual and operational standards.
• Greets and acknowledges customers with a friendly and engaging attitude.
• Assists the management team with general housekeeping tasks.
