Larry & Sons, based in Hagerstown, MD, is looking for motivated sales professionals to join our growing team serving the Maryland, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania Tri-State area. What You’ll Do

  • Meet with homeowners and assess comfort needs
  • Perform load calculations and measure ductwork to ensure proper system sizing
  • Present customized HVAC solutions and financing options
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build trust
  • Collaborate with install teams for smooth project completion
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
  • Track and manage all sales in CRM
  • Other duties as assigned

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Previous sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services highly preferred
  • Strong ability to build rapport and earn trust with homeowners
  • Consultative selling skills with the ability to clearly explain technical information
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Professional, positive, and team-focused attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical background a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the organization

  • 100% Commission-Based Sales + Bonuses
