Controls Engineer

are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer with experience in PLC programming and a strong background in electrical
systems. This role is essential in designing, developing, and maintaining control systems that enhance automation and
improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and be comfortable working with cross
functional teams in a dynamic environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop, program, and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Remote Telemetry Units
(RTUs).
Design and implement electrical control systems, including hardware schematics and panel layouts, tosuccessfully integrate with STREAMETRIC software.
Configure and integrate STREAMETRIC with 3rd party SCADA applications such as VTSCADA, Wonderware, etc.Collaborate with development engineers, support teams, and project managers to ensure successful proposalor bid creation.
Conduct system testing, validation, and debugging to ensure functionality and performance. (remote or onsite)
Optimize and maintain existing control systems to improve reliability and efficiency.Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, control schematics, andoperating procedures.
Ensure all systems comply with relevant safety and industry standards.Provide technical support and training to internal teams and operators as needed.Travel is expected to perform project startups, troubleshooting, or site visits. (30%)REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or related field.At least 2 years of experience in controls engineering, particularly in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley,or similar systems).
Strong understanding of electrical systems, including circuits, wiring, and troubleshooting.Experience with Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)systems is a plus.
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet / IP).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Base salary range : $80-110k (Commensurate with Experience)
