Job Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President, Product Leader to oversee our Lawyers and Professionals insurance product line. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the commercial property and casualty insurance market, with a specific focus on professional liability insurance for lawyers and other professional services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of product development, market analysis, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Lawyers and Professionals insurance line.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation and differentiation.
• Lead the development of new insurance products and enhancements to existing products, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and market demands.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the Lawyers and Professionals segment.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful product implementation.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align product strategies with overall company goals and objectives.
• Develop and manage product line budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
• Monitor product performance and profitability, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on product performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
• Gather feedback and insights from customers and partners to continuously improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
