About the Role :

The Smithville Peanut Butter Co. is looking for motivated Bakery / Food Production professionals to join an existing team as we grow our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a team to produce numerous bakery and candy related products for sale in the Smithville Peanut Butter Co retail store, as well as other stores and wholesale accounts throughout the company. This role requires a strong commitment to quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous experience in a bakery, candy shop or food preparation environment.
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards.
• Have reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule including early / late shifts and weekends as required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Compensation Range : $15.49 - $22 hourly
