Retail Assistant - Seasonal (Temporary)

Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Retail, the Retail Assistant will further the mission of Bens Bells by supporting retail operations as needed during the holiday season. This flex-time temporary position will most often be responsible for retail sales at our holiday store at La Encantada shopping center. This position will begin mid-November and will conclude in January 2025.

Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Act as a first point-of-contact and representative of Bens Bells
• Proactively respond to customer service issues and escalate as needed
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Respond to merchandise inquiries via email and phone
• Facilitate in-store events and activations

Timeline Position will remain open until filled. Please note this is a temporary seasonal position that will terminate in January 2025.
