Responsibilities
Meet new sales production goals and objectives as established.Prospect for new business by calling leads from referrals, marketing, cold-calling, and databases.Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.Follow up with clients to answer questions, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.Mentor associates.Build outstanding relationships.Requirements
Must work on Pacific time (9am - 5 : 30pm M-F). Preference will be given to candidates who reside in the Pacific time zone.Prior Allstate experience within the last 5 yearsProperty & casualty insurance licenseMust be willing to dial 100+ calls daily this level of activity is required in order to be successfulMust be willing to work Internet leads and requotes.Genuine willingness to learn and to be coached.Resourcefulness and high self-motivation.Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
