We are a busy, multi-specialty periodontal practice looking for a driven and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. This role focuses heavily on periodontal care, and were seeking someone who is motivated to make a meaningful impact on patients oral and overall health. Our Hygienists enjoy a high level of autonomy, with their time centered primarily on hygiene and periodontal treatment.

Schedule : 3-5 days / week, flexible with no nights or weekends!

Must be able to travel between our LaGrange and Berwyn locations

Responsibilities

• Perform periodontal maintenance, scaling, and root planing
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health
• Assist the doctor during dental exams as needed
• Collaborate with doctors to support and oversee patient care
• Help develop and communicate treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Contribute positively to our team environment and patient experience

The salary range for this role is $45-$50 per hour.
