Job description

Job Title : Medical Lab Scientist

Location : Wernersville, Pennsylvania

Shift : Full-Time

Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Lab Scientist to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic testing, ensure quality control, and contribute to accurate patient care.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct laboratory tests and analyses on biological specimens.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
  • Adhere to safety and quality control protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret results.
  • Assist in training and mentoring laboratory staff.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
  • ASCP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
