Position Summary
The Junior Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in executing a refined and authentic Latin American-inspired menu. This role combines hands-on cooking and collaboration to ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen operations. The Junior Sous Chef assists in maintaining food safety compliance aligned with the restaurants premium dining experience.
