We are hiring for an entry-level CAD Technician to join our team on a full-time, direct basis at our office in Warrington, PA. This person will be expected to contribute primarily to our Site / Civil projects by assisting with critical drafting functions.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Perform CAD Drafting while utilizing survey field data.
• Assist with the preparation of Site / Civil drawings including grading, utility, and E&S plans.
• Assist with the preparation of various forms of site / civil details & exhibits.
• Provide office support; this includes performing area, slope, and volume computations.
• Ensure scheduling and productivity objectives are achieved.
• Perform field work on an as-needed basis; this includes observing construction and assisting surveyors.
• Assist with obtaining relevant field data & measurements.
• Utilize relevant data when creating / adjusting workable construction blueprints.
• Perform field work on an as-needed basis; this person will be expected to work indoors as well as outdoors.
• Additional duties may be assigned, as needed.

Basic Requirements :

This person may be expected to work in the field, as-needed, so they will be required to possess a Valid Driver’s License.
